2003 - 2004: Development of a common strategy in the context of the partner meetings, steering committee meetings and thematic workshops.
2004: Development, adjustment and production of procedure-manuals, materials etc. for all regional implementations.
2004: Preparation of regular regional implementations: stakeholder analysis, invitation of participants, close contacts to participants, selection of moderators, etc.
2004 - 2005: Exchange of the materials as compiled in Ireland, Scotland and Germany; input of experience form Switzerland.
2004 - 2005: Start up events in all flood partnerships, constitution of the regional work groups and regional advisory boards.
2004 - 2008: Development of flood hazard maps in Ireland, Scotland and Germany.
2004 - 2007: Regular execution of the flood partnerships (3-5 meetings per year per partnership); first themes: needs of local planning, contents of hazard information maps, demands on local emergency plans, individual precautions.
2004 - 2007: Participation and co-operation of the partners in the partner meetings and separate.
2004 - 2007: Regional conferences, exchange of experiences with further INTERREG projects as well as other projects.
2006-2008: Annual evaluation and adjustment of the strategy
2005: International symposium
2004-2008: Common work on public awareness (Internet and with further interring projects). Supply materials for the public work.
